Account Locator Location: Chesterbrook office- Hybrid work scheduleJob SummaryOur debt resolution Account Locators work hand in hand with our Negotiators to locate and negotiate settlements on our clients' enrolled accounts. As delinquent accounts age they will transition through multiple locations in the collections cycle. This role is perfect for a self-starter that can put their problem-solving skills to use while working to track down the location of accounts that are moving through those collection cycles. RESPONSIBILITIESWork as a part of the negotiations team to complete settlements on our clients' enrolled accountsEstablish and maintain contact with creditors, collection agencies, debt buyers, and law firms Track and locate accounts as they move downstream in the collections processReach out to enrolled clients to enlist their help in the process of locating accountsContact lenders, collection agencies, debt buyers, etc. to determine where an enrolled account has been placedUse our CRM to document actions taken to locate accountsEmail and or fax documents to creditors that authorize us to speak on behalf of our clientsEducation Requirements Bachelors degree Qualifications & Skills:Ability to communicate clearly and professionally both verbally and in writingStrong multitasking, time management, and organizational skillsAbility to thrive in a fast-paced environmentProblem solving skills - ability to utilize creative thinking to solve problemsA team player with strong work ethic The skills mentioned above only describe the essential job functions and are not intended to be a complete list of all duties and responsibilities.
