Licensed Social Worker (LSW) Job Description:The Licensed Social Worker is responsible for the psychosocial wellness of the residents, and actively participates in resident assessment and discharge planning, allowing the resident to optimize available resources and transition successfully throughout their care experience.Licensed Social Worker (LSW) Required Skills and Experience:Candidates must have a current and valid Social Work License from the State of Maine.
