Beacon Hill Legal is seeking a Commercial Litigation Legal Assistant to join a reputable law firm that is nationally recognized. This is a full time, permanent position, 35-hour work week, in office 4 days a week, full benefits, and competitive compensation, between $80K - $90K!Skills required and Job Duties include the following:At minimum 6+ years of legal experience - preferably supporting Shareholders and Partners with large books of businessExtensive experience with generating table of contents and table of authoritiesElectronically file (federal and state courts)Transcribe, type, proofread, and finalize legal documents, correspondence, memos, and reports from dictation, handwritten or existing documentsManaging a very active calendar of appointments, meetings, travel plans, and assisting with invoicesbillingsAdditional duties include other administrative and support tasks, as assigned*Only qualified candidates will be contacted*The firm is actively interviewing candidates, APPLY TODAY!*Beacon Hill is an Equal Opportunity Employer that values the strength diversity brings to the workplace.
