Evolution's credit platform provides bespoke financing solutions across the credit spectrum with a focus on leveraged finance and working capital finance. Role Description:The Working Capital Business Operations Analyst will be an integral member of Evolution Credit Partners and will be responsible for supporting the working capital investment strategy. This person will be responsible for working to support business operations and other strategic activities in line with the Firm's entrepreneurial nature and its growing credit platform. Evolution Credit Partners is seeking an experienced Working Capital Business Operations Analyst that has worked in financial services, credit administration or operations, insurance, or related fields, has a strong desire to work across the Firm in an entrepreneurial manner, possesses a deep interest in working capital finance and the credit markets, is able to communicate effectively in oral and written form, and will be able to contribute immediately to expanding the team's analytical, operational, marketing, and business development capabilities. This candidate will be responsible for analyzing and optimizing the company's working capital processes, identifying opportunities for improvement, and implementing strategies to enhance cash flow and liquidity.The role will entail the following:  Primary process owner for working capital finance programs, heavily facing outsourced business process service provider to address funding and operational questions Monitor and report on facility use and routine funding activities Implement and manage liquidity management strategies to optimize cash flow, including monitoring cash balances, and forecasting cash needsPrimary owner for working capital finance onboarding activities, including liaising with service provider and deal team through platform setup, leading client demos, client onboarding, credit administration and fundingLiaise with internal parties to support business development, risk management, and other reporting needsLiaise with external parties to support financial reporting needsPartner with senior members of the Firm to implement working capital finance and broader credit initiatives of strategic importanceCoordinate with key stakeholders across the Firm to advance key initiativesComplete other ad hoc analysis, presentations, and communications as neededAdhere to investment and operational standards of Evolution Credit PartnersSkills, Experience and Education: 3+ years of operational experience in private credit, credit administration, insurance, andor other relevant fieldsExcellent communication skills demonstrated through prior relevant experience Interest in understanding the broader financial and specifically trade finance and credit marketsDemonstrated initiative with high level of motivation Enthusiastic team player and flexible in approach with ability to work independentlyStrong interpersonal skills for interactions with investment targets, business owners, strategic partners, and other key third partiesOpen-minded thought processes with an ability to dynamically adapt to new assignments or areas of focusExcellent written communication skills Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint
