As a hospitality manager, you will be an operations leader heading up a broad scope of hospitality functions: room preparation, facilities management, guest experience, and team management. The hospitality Manager's management and leadership play a pivotal role in creating great guest experiences and satisfied property owners.What You'll Do:Consistently deliver an incredible guest experience:Prepare accommodations to meet the Barsala standardManage the local housekeeping teamPurchase, monitor, and manage room preparation inventoryManage service providersEfficiently manage bookings to create positive guest experiencesResolve guest requests expeditiouslyInspect each room after it is cleanedMake sure building tenants and property managers are happy to have Barsala in their building:Develop and maintain a positive partnership with the property managerEnsure guest compliance with Barsala policies and manage out non-complying guestsArrange small, intrabuilding movesMake responsible use of Barsala and building owner resources:Maximize uptime across all managed accommodationsManage and monitor costsWhat You Need:Experience in hospitality, restaurant operations, or hotel operationsEnthusiasm for delivering incredible guest experiencesPassion for working within systemsDesire to be part of a team working towards a common goalExceptional real-time, problem-solving skillsOutstanding communication abilitiesCommit to creating orderProficient with Google Docs, Microsoft Office, or similar productivity softwareAbility to stand, stoop, bend and lift items weighing up to 25 pounds repetitively (for new apartment set up and inventory managementAble to work a flexible schedule, including some weekends and holidaysBenefits & Perks:Barsala by Landing aims to create a workplace that fosters both personal and professional growth.
