Job Description:

Day-to-Day:Insight Global is looking to hire an Order Management Representative for one of our pharmaceutical clients located in Berkeley Heights, NJ. This person will join the Trade Operations Team and manage and maintain order fulfillment responsibilities through SAP for the client and their customers. They will be supporting end-to-end order management through the use of reporting tools such as: Excel & SAP. The overall responsibility of this position is general account management and support for our client's pharmaceuticalhealthcare customers. This person will be the main point of contact for order fulfillment inquiryresolution. They will support the Trade Operations team in responding to FAQ's, facilitating special order requests, and achieving top customer performance (internalexternal KPI's). This is a HYRBID position -- the candidate will be expected to work hybrid onsite 4 days per week in Berkeley Heights, NJ with 1 day per week remote.Qualifications:2+ Years of professional experience in data entry, order management, or account managementsupportExperience w ERP or order processing system (SAP, Oracle, etc.)Strong Excel experience (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables)Experience managing customer or vendor relationships via phoneCustomer Service experienceBachelor's DegreePlusses:Pharmaceutical or Healthcare background
