Growing executive charter company seeks a BookkeeperAccounting Associate to process accounts payable and receivable, manage invoices and credit card reconciliations, maintain the company accounting records, production of monthly annual accounting reports, payroll.The ideal candidate holds an Accounting or Finance degree and is proficient in QuickBooks Desktop. Ultimately, the Bookkeeper Accountant's responsibility is to accurately record all day-to-day financial transactions of our company.Responsibilities:Record day to day financial transactions- Accounts Payable and Accounts ReceivableMaintain employee records and prepare biweekly payroll in a timely mannerPrepare financial reportsProcess sales tax on a quarterly basis and file annual reportsConduct monthly credit card reconciliations of all accountsCompetencies & skillsStrong attention to detail.Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment Proven technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively in an office setting.Personal integrity and ability to handle confidential data.Assist with any additional general administration tasks.
