Position:Senior Field TechnicianLocation:Pittsburgh (Warrendale, PA 15086 | Onsite)Duration: 6 Month Contract to HireStart Date: ASAPMust Haves:10+ years of experience within the Security FieldGuardian, SSA, ADT, Johnson Controls, etc. Certifications from above mentioned Fire Systems5+ years of experience with Programs:Hanwha - Video Management SystemGenetec - Video Management SystemNotifier - Fire Alarm SystemExcellent communicationValid Driver's LicensePlusses:NICET I CertificationProgramming experience within above software'sOverview:Insight Global is looking for a Senior Field Technician to work for one of our largest security providers in the WarrendalePittsburgh area. As a Senior Field Technician, you'll be tasked with installing andor servicing more complex security systems in both residential & commercial customer settings. You'll work closely with their outside sales team to ensure the customers receive the highest level of professional care from start to finish. A large goal is to give each customer a personalized experience tailored to their specific needs, and you'll play an important part in that experience. Career progression is important to our client, so consider mentorship and the passing of knowledge to be another daily responsibility.Day to Day:Coordination with Install & Services team on a daily basisService more complex residential and commercial solutions including wired and wireless systems.Perform commercial fire inspections.Actively participate in company initiatives such as securing referrals and upselling.Provide exceptional customer service.Provide positive reinforcement of programs and initiatives to peers.As new productssolutions are introduced, serve as mentor to junior technicians and share learned technical information to improve individual and branch capabilities.Providing quality checks on more junior employees' workBeing prepared for being the final level of escalation when it comes to customer issuesSetting up training and continuous education programs for peersMentorship of other Field TechniciansCompensation:$28hr to $32hr.Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching.
