Beverage Manager Company DescriptionThe Hudson Rose is a New American restaurant slated to open this Summer 2024. Our goal is to provide unrivaled hospitality paired with a chef driven culinary experience to provide lasting memories among friends and family in an elevated upscale casual setting.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role for a Beverage Manager located in Nutley, NJ. The Beverage Manager will oversee the beverage program at The Hudson Rose, including menu development, purchasing, inventory management, and staff training. The Beverage Manager will also work together with the kitchen team to deliver a seamless guest experience.The Beverage Manager will be responsible for all Pre Opening menu creation (with support from the General Manager), establishing relationships and securing best pricing from vendors and organizing all training materials and agendas in collaboration with BOH and FOH management teams.QualificationsFood & Beverage knowledgeExperience in customer service in a restaurant settingTraining experience, including developing and delivering comprehensive training plansSales experience with a proven track recordBudgeting experience and financial acumenExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsLeadership consistent with company standards and hospitality to our teamStrong organizational skills  Experience with restaurant software and technology is a plusBachelor's degree in hospitality, Culinary Arts or relevant field3+ years of experience in beverage management or similar roleCertification in beer, wine or spirits knowledge is a plusCompensation & BenefitsCompetitive Salary Medical, Dental & Vision (5050)Paid Time OffQuarterly Bonus
