This role demands both English and Spanish fluency and involves comprehensive management of personal injury cases from initiation to resolution.Responsibilities:Coordinate closely with our Attorneys on pre-litigation tasks.Regularly update clients and gather critical information.Handle medical and insurance documentation, including record requests, coverage verifications, and preparing demand packets.Manage communications with insurance carriers and medical providers, negotiating claims and balances as necessary.Maintain meticulous records, ensuring all documents and communications are accurately filed and easily accessible.Qualifications:Bilingual in English and Spanish is required.2+ years' experience in personal injury case management or a similar legal environment.Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office and familiarity with legal case management software.Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with the capability to handle a high-volume caseload.Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with a keen attention to detail.
