Digicze is looking for a hand on self-starting Azure expert to join our expert team "We are the seal team of the Azure Cloud" We service multiple verticals for Healthcare, Manufacturing to fortune 100 - 500 companies' globally.Digicze is seeking an experienced Cloud Modernization Engineer with expertise across various commercial and government cloud service providers - including Microsoft Azure Primary, Amazon Web Services (AWS) second++++Experience in Cloud optimization and cost optimization through application refactoringResponsibilities• Work with a team of Cloud Architects and Systems Engineers to design, optimize, implement, and maintain enterprise cloud solutions for our client's cloud systems and applications and be the Lead Cloud Engineer• Design and deploy cloud infrastructures using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and cloud native services through established DevSecOps procedures using Terraform, Ansible and Azure DevOps• Perform assessments of existing systems and applications and provide architectures that are secure, scalable, and highly resilient while optimizing costs through analysis of usage patterns and trends• Develop cloud computing strategies and solutions that provide cloud adoption plans, cloud application design, architecture, development, and management through infrastructure pipelines• Assess and determine migration strategies and plans for all types of cloud migrations (Re-hosting, Re-platforming, Re-Architecting, etc.)• Provide technical guidance to Mission Owners through the assessment, planning, and on-boarding processes as well as ongoing support throughout the life cycle of hosted systems• Proven experience of transitioning enterprise applications securely to the cloud• Analyzes customer hard problem sets and emerging technology needs and supports the development of Digicze cloud capabilities to meet these challenges through active participation in Internal Research and Development efforts• Interfaces with industry, academia, and research centers to proactively identify emerging cloud technology and best practices that can be applied to client needs and to stay informed on new technology trends• Willingness to travel as needed 99% of work is done remote but we do travel to clients HQ to brainstorm, our primary location is around the Daytona Beach area, so local candidates go to front of line• This is a client facing position and must be able to influence architecture decisions based on your experienceBONUS -Must have skills (Terraform, Ansible, Bicep, Yaml, Python) Kubernetes Micro services design and deployment for multi-tier applications, Full Infrastructure as Code through Azure Dev Ops our other hypervisor equivalent.
