Job Description:

A healthcare organization in New Jersey is actively seeking an experienced licensed healthcare professional to join their team as a Clinical Informatics Trainer Analyst (RNLMSWLCSW). In this role, the Clinical Informatics Trainer Analyst (RNLMSWLCSW) will be responsible for the implementation, optimization, and maintenance of the electronic medical records system and integration with other systems in the ecosystem.Responsibilities:The Clinical Informatics Trainer Analyst (RNLMSWLCSW) will:Collaborates with IS Management and users for new application implementation, troubleshooting, and trainingAssists Director in project planning, presentations, and application overviewsManages project schedules and user requestsMaintains and tests clinical system training environments, develops training materials, and coordinates training sessionsProvides leadership to Project Team members, resolves issues, and ensures compliance with policies and proceduresEnsures compliance with policies and procedures, maintains high customer satisfactionPerform other duties, as needed Qualifications:Registered Nurse (RN) or licensed healthcare professional requiredAssociates or better in Computer Science3 years of healthcare experience in the clinical setting requiredPrior experience using an electronic medical recordGreat troubleshooting abilities and attention to detailThorough knowledge of computer softwareStrong understanding of regulatory requirementsKnowledge of Word, Spreadsheet and Presentation programs such as Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint Desired Skills:Bachelor's degree in Nursing or other health-related professionHealthcare super user, clinical unit resource experience preferred3 years prior clinical teaching and curriculum development experience preferred
