Collaborate with various stakeholders to create user-friendly, aesthetically pleasing web experiences. You will play a crucial role in shaping a company's online presence.Responsibilities:Visual Design:Execute all visual design stages, from concept to final implementation.Conceptualize original website design ideas that prioritize simplicity and user-friendliness.Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps to communicate interaction and design concepts.User Interface (UI) Design:Translate high-level requirements into intuitive and functional designs.Present and defend designs and key deliverables to peers and executive-level stakeholders.Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices, and standards.Technical Skills:Proficiency in tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, or other visual design and wireframing tools.Solid experience in creating wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps.Basic knowledge of web user interface such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for rapid prototyping.Creativity and Problem-Solving:Demonstrate excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction.Solve design challenges creatively and effectively.Stay up-to-date with the latest web trends, techniques, and technologies.Education and Qualifications:Bachelor's or Master's degree in human-Computer Interaction, Web Design, Multimedia Design, Interaction Design, or a related Visual Arts subject.Minimum of 3+ years' experience planning and designing websitesExcellent Project Management experienceQualities of an Ideal Web Designer:Creativity: Ability to think outside the box and come up with innovative design solutions.Attention to Detail: A keen eye for aesthetics and precision.Collaboration: Work closely with project managers, marketers, and business heads to align designs with brand identity and business needs.Adaptability: Thrive in an ever-evolving digital landscape.Physical Requirements: Ability to tolerate sustained standingwalking up to 10 to 12 hour shiftsAbility to kneel, carry, twist, push, pull products and lift up to 25 lbs.Ability to utilize good eye-hand coordinationAbility to work in tight spaces Ability to travel to each organization's location install and work with employees
