Job Description:

Associates working towards licensure are encouraged to apply.Immediate openings- Wages are 60% of the completed claim payment, monthly wages depend on how many completed sessions are billed ($80-120k approximate annual with 25+ sessions per week)Must hold a minimum of a Master's degreeMust be fully licensed in the state of Oregon, Or a registered Associate working towards licensure in the state of Oregon. Responsibilities:- Provide care and support to patients with mental health conditions- Conduct patient assessments and diagnostic evaluations- Implement treatment plans- Assist with crisis intervention and de-escalation techniques- Collaborate with the team to develop and implement patient care plans- Document patient progress, interventions, and observations in EHR- Must be open to working in a family oriented, supportive and collaborative environment.Skills:- Proficient in using ICD-10 coding for accurate diagnosis and billing purposes- Knowledge of medical terminology related to mental health conditions and treatments- Familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic approaches such as CBT, DBT, EFT, EMDR, IFS- Ability to conduct patient assessments and gather relevant information for treatment planning- Strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with patients, families, and other healthcare teams- Understanding of therapeutic principles and ability to provide appropriate support and resources to patients- Good written and verbal communication skills for accurate documentationNote: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
