Job Description:

1ST SHIFT MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR NEEDED - NOVI, MICHIGANA Leading Automotive Supplier in the Novi, Michigan area needs a 1st Shift Maintenance Supervisor. This Position will be a hands on the floor, working leadership position. You will be working on the floor on Weld Cells and repairing Fanuc Robots and various types of Equipment etc. Preferring Candidates skilled with Fanuc Robots & Allen Bradley PLC's. This is a Full Time, Permanent, Direct Hire Position offering Competitive Compensation, Good Benefits, Paid Holidays and Paid Vacation.EXPERIENCE & SKILLS NEEDED:Previous Automotive Maintenance Supervision Experience is Required.Candidates should have expertise working with Fanuc Robots and Welded Assemblies.Experience with the following: Fanuc Robotics, Allen Bradley PLC's, MFDC Weld Controllers (Bosch), MIG & Spot Welding, Adhesive Dispensing Systems (Nordson), Electrical, Mechanical, Pneumatics, Conveyors & Vision SystemsGraduated from a Mechanical or Electrical Apprenticeship or a Certified Post Secondary ProgramAbility to perform various Electrician tasksAbility to perform basic Controls and Mechanical tasksAbility to take direction from multiple parties (i.e. Management, engineering, vendors)Ability to respectfully direct others, work well in groups and teach others.Ability and willingness to present projects to Engineers, Upper Management and outside guestsAbility to create and or revise standards and procedures to be more effective and efficientPrevious Supervision, Welding Assembly and Fanuc Robot experience is preferredTO APPLY:If you are a high performer and would like to work for an equally high performing company and you think the above opportunity is appropriate for you, we invite you to submit your resume in Microsoft Word format to: treat all resumes with strict confidentiality.
