At all times, employees will be required to follow any instructions and to perform any duties as seen necessary by the requesting supervisor or manager.4.1 General Position Summary:Organizational and administrative liaison for all administrative and clerical tasks associated with Supply Chain Management, Process Engineering, Production and Operations.4.2 Key Tasks:entry of master data - bill of materials, routings, SAPand maintain one standard, user friendly format for company documentation.with Process Engineering to support document updates, modifications, and revisions.edit, and distribute all Operations documents - SOP's, Specification updates, job descriptions.for all Operations documents - alerting departments, Supervisors, PE of timelineand automate logs and other relevant administrative documentationassist with Décor Request (sampling) processmaintain, and follow up on Operations Requestspreparationin Continuous Improvement Process (CIP)back up for Planning.Secondary Functions:independently and safely.the Employee Standards of Behavior and Rules of Personal Conduct in the Employee Handbook.proper attendance according to Isovolta's Attendance Policy.open lines of communication between departments.with the company's ISO 9001AS9100 Quality Management terpersonal communication skills.time management and organizational abilitiespassion for providing internal customers with a very high level of service and support.to a manufacturing environment a plus.4.3 Job Scope:Performs duties with minimal supervision, operate from specific and definite directions and instructions. Decisions are of a routine nature made within prescribed operating guidelines, policies, and procedures. Mistakeserrors may result in work stoppage, loss of business, poor customer relations, andor damage to product, all of which can have negative financial implications for the organization.
