We run a fully functioning Pre-hang shop capable of meeting the high demand of aggressively scheduled projects. Our focus is on quality of product, communication with Builders, and meeting or beating material deadlines. Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role located in Sacramento, CA for a Project Manager with experience in Doors, Hardware, and Millwork supply for Multi Family projects. The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing the management of projects, coordinating with suppliers and builders, and ensuring successful completion of projects. They will be responsible for monitoring project progress, identifying and resolving issues, and ensuring compliance with specifications and timelines.QualificationsIndustry work experienceExperience in a project management assistant role, specifically managing Doors, Hardware, and Millwork supply.Experience with reviewing and interpreting plans and specifications, conducting site measurements, managing project budgets and schedules, and resolving project issuesExcellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skillsAbility to work effectively in a team and collaborate with multiple stakeholdersAbility to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneouslyKnowledge of industry standard software and toolsEmployment TypeFull-time
