ICI Homes is currently seeking to hire Customer ServiceWarranty Superintendent for our Greater Daytona Beach Area, who is responsible for overseeing the resolution of warranty claims by using specialized knowledge to determine the best and most efficient course of action in fulfilling the company's mission of providing extraordinary customer service. The qualified individual will interact with customers to provide information in response to inquiries about products and services and to handle and resolve warranty claims. Will work closely with Builders to ensure timely completion of construction projects. Receive all warranty related requestsCorrespond with homeowners to coordinate appointmentsContact subcontractors to coordinate repairsFollow-up on all scheduled appointments with homeowners until warranty work is completedEffective in getting subcontractors to complete jobs efficiently while adhering to quality standardsWorks with subcontractors to maintain safe, clean job sites, adhering to safety regulationsEffective in bringing subcontractorsvendors back to job site to complete "unfinished" work andor warranty obligationsStrives to meet and exceed homeowner expectations focusing on achieving 100% Customer SatisfactionJob RequirementsProven track record of outstanding customer service and performanceThree years experience in residential construction related industryBasic computer skills in Word, Excel, and OutlookExcellent communication and customer service skillsExtensive knowledge of Florida Building Codes and Health & Safety Regulations ICI Homes offers competitive salary and a comprehensive benefits package.
