The CPS Rep position may be the right fit for you!We are looking for smart, dynamic, motivated professionals. The preferred prior experience is working in a retail auto environment or prior representation of retail automotive dealer products.This is a hands-on position. You are active everyday educating dealers about our loan programs, promoting loan growth, collaborating with our Originations team and giving guidance to dealers as needed.Job Responsibilities:Develop and maintain dealer relationshipsIncrease application and loan volume in assigned territoryIncrease dealer activityOnboard new dealersEffectively be able to promote and sell the value of CPS's finance program25+ weekly dealer visitsDaily usage of Salesforce CRMEmployment Requirements:Must be able to pass a criminal background checkExperience:Minimum 5 years auto lending experience preferredWork Location:From your home office and field visits within a certain radius of your home address.Benefits:We recognize people as our most valuable asset.
