The successful candidate will be responsible for meeting our customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. In this role, you will play a critical role in expanding our network and opening new markets.Key Duties Responsibilities:Own and hitexceed annual sales targets.Execute strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand into new markets.Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.Partner with dealers to understand their business needs and objectives.Effectively communicate the value proposition to dealers and potential customers.Understand industry-specific landscapes and trends.Provide data on potential factors that could shift tactical budgets and strategic direction.Qualifications and Capabilities:Previous experience (5 years) as a sales or business development managerProven record of meeting or exceeding sales and revenue -depth understanding of in-home and consultative sales techniques.Ability to communicate, present and influence all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level.Proven ability to articulate the distinct aspects of products and services.Proven ability to positively position products against competitors.Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.Excellent verbal and written communications skills.Demonstrated hands-on approach and an ability to work effectively in a team-based environment across all levels of organization. EducationExperience:BABS degree or equivalent required.Window treatment experience preferred.
