Job Description:

Position Description: The Store Manager guides team members to ensure that our customer experience, store procedures and facility management are achieved to the highest standards.  This individual will play an integral role in effectively communicating initiatives from Ownership and GM to the team. The Store Manager will run the daily operations of the business and ensure the store and employees are achieving the standards of PRC. The Store Manager will make sure that the core values of Palmetto Running Company are being upheld daily. Positional Expectations:Leads, motivates and inspires team members to always create the Palmetto Running Company customer experienceUpholds standards in areas of sales and customer serviceFosters and articulates the Palmetto Running Company culture (mission, vision, core values)Operational Expectations:Perform store opening and closing proceduresLead daily morning staff meetingsOversee sales floor and ensure every customer always receives the Palmetto Running Co. experienceOperate POS SystemInterview and hire sales associates (after initial HR interview)Oversee sales associate evaluations and reviews (in collaboration with Assistant Manager)Management, creation, and distribution of staff schedule (30 days in advance)Submit payroll to HR Coordinator - every Monday by 10AMMaintain and organize inventory backstockCommunicate inventory needs with Buying TeamCommunicate staff needs with General Manager and HR CoordinatorOversee order fulfillment, receiving, shipping, and inventory transfersHandle Bank DepositsChangeOrder store supplies as needed once a month
