Job Description:

The QTI Group has partnered with a manufacturing company located in Franklin to hire their next Strategic Buyer - Raw Materials. The Strategic Buyer will play a key role in the organization's negotiations and contract execution with suppliers and will be responsible for sourcing, negotiation and purchasing raw materials to meet production deadlines. Responsibilities: Manage purchasing functions and negotiations with vendors related to price and availability of raw materialsManagement of supplier relationships and supplier scorecardsMonitor supplier performance, development, quality and availabilitySupport the development of the organization's commodity strategyQualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain or Purchasing preferred3+ years of purchasing experience, manufacturing experience desiredSAPexperience desiredCPIM or CSCP certification desired
