This permanent position is an exceptional opportunity for a seasoned Payroll professional with a strong financial background, a track record of effective leadership, and a proven ability to navigate financial matters.The Payroll Manager will be responsible for the management of the payroll accounting department, relationship management with external financial partners, and collaboration with and advisory to the CEO and COO.Directs the preparation of all financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, tax returns, and governmental agency reports.Supervise and train 3 accounting and payroll professionals.AP and AR functionsOversees Accounting department, budget preparation, and audit functions.Plans, coordinates, and prepares for year-end audits, reports, and filings.Assist with benefits administration, local and federal compliancesComplete vendor credentials, and compliance registriesOrganize and manage payroll process with Payroll service
