ResponsibilitiesTo gain client opportunities through relationship building, networking, direct interactions, visits, calling, email, etc. To meet or exceed revenue goals and profitability margins.As project manager if the job requires your site presence for any reason, and when requested by the service manager attendance will be expected.All daily prospecting activities, quoted and sold amounts on company software.Maintains positive customer relationships.Follow ups with both new and existing customers alike, never takes an established account for granted.Meets with management to review progress and identify areas of ternal sales meetings as needed.RequirementsYear of construction experienceto source, identify, develop, and nurture new opportunitiesto quickly build credibility with an executive level audiencetime management and organization skillsto assess the accuracy, neatness and thoroughness of work assignedto maintain an active driver's license.
