This role entails setting the audio tone for projects, assembling and managing audio teams, and providing creative leadership. Join our dynamic audio community, collaborating with top-tier professionals across diverse mediums, prioritizing excellence and quality.Responsibilities:- Collaborate as part of the creative leadership team- Engage directly with game development teams- Coordinate with client creative and audio directors- Define project audio aesthetics and guide other designers creatively- Develop game audio systems and supervise their implementation- Build specialized audio teams for individual projects- Supervise the work of audio leads, sound designers, and audio implementorsRequired Skills:- Strong leadership and interpersonal abilities- Prior experience as an Audio Director within a game development company- Demonstrated growth mindset and passion for mentoring talent- Cross-disciplinary collaboration in creative and technical environments- Empathy and commitment to fostering inclusivity- Proficiency in people management- Track record of shipping games as an audio leaddirector- Expertise in sound design, music design, andor technical sound design- Comprehensive understanding of game development processes across disciplines- Ability to envision and implement creative solutions for large-scale projects- Technical proficiency with Unreal, Unity, or similar game editors- Experience using Wwise audio middleware or similar tools- Familiarity with game audio production pipelines and optimization strategiesQualifications:- High School diploma or equivalent (required)- BABS in a relevant field (preferred)
