We hope you will Join us on our mission to create amazing homes and an amazing company. Position:   Land Development Utility CoordinatorIndustry:   Residential HomebuilderLocation:   Chandler, AZCompany: Nexstar HomesRESPONSIBILITIESCoordinate from start to finish all submittals, designs, scheduling of electrical line extensions with SRP and APS to service Nexstar's residential projectsFacilitate all communication with surveyors for minor land divisions, topos, surveys and stakingWork with Maricopa and Pinal County to receive minor land divisions approvals and to receive new tax parcel numbersCoordinate with engineers, municipalities and private water companies to extend waterlines including ADEQ approvalsCoordinate the approval process for drilling and installing wells WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL:Quickly become proficient in reading and understanding construction plansUnderstanding of the residential land development processAbility to build relationships with team members, engineers, surveyors, public utilities and municipalities YOU WILL BE AN AWESOME ADDITION TO THE TEAM IF:You are organized, detailed, and in a kind way can drive all parties including engineers, surveyors, public utilities and municipalities to meet deadlines and complete work in a timely manor Aptitude to problem solve and prioritize assignmentsworkloadYou are a Self-starter and self-motivated to "figure it out" without being told what to doYou act with integrity and maintain a great relationship with all parties throughout the land development processYou are excited to work with one of the top home builders in the valley WHY YOU WILL LOVE WORKING WITH NEXSTAR:Nexstar is in an amazing company filled with amazing people.
