The Social Services Specialist will be responsible for providing social work support in clinics, human services assistance, case management, and community outreach. They will work closely with individuals and families to assess their needs, develop care plans, and connect them with appropriate resources and services.QualificationsSocial Work and Case Management skillsExperience in providing social services and community outreachStrong communication and interpersonal skillsEmpathy and compassion for individuals in needKnowledge of local resources and support servicesAbility to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary teamBachelor's degree in Social Work, Human Services, or related fieldExperience in healthcare or insurance industry is a plus
