This is a place to create a long-term career doing work you're passionate about.ResponsibilitiesAs a Territory Manager for TPC, you would be responsible for:Developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies in assigned sales regionActively researching new leads and targeting sales prospectsEngaging sales leads via email, phone, video conferencing, or in person as requiredDeveloping encyclopedic knowledge about TPC's products, services, and capabilitiesTraveling through assigned sales region to develop new business and meet with customersQuickly resolving conflicts and addressing customer concernsLeveraging sales and marketing data to identify and implement best practicesPromoting brand awareness within assigned sales regionMonitoring competitor activities within assigned sales regionEducationThe ideal candidate will have:Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (or equivalent experience)SkillsWe are searching for candidates with the following skills:Proficiency with customer relationship management (CRM) toolsCompetence with sales analytics and dataAbility to develop sales strategies and adapt them to market trendsExcellent leadership and organizational skillsStrong communication skills across all modesExpert negotiator and problem-solverCapacity to motivate self and othersSuperior customer service capabilitiesA competitive spiritExperienceTPC would like to speak with candidates that have the following experience:Previous background managing a distributed sales territoryExperience with engineered sales solutionsHistory of effective business development and success within a hunter sales modelEstablished ability to use sales analysis toolsPrior success developing, implementing, and measuring effectiveness of data-driven business development strategiesGeneral familiarity with packaging solutions and the industries we serveAn established network of contacts at major companiesSalaryCompensationAt TPC Packaging Solutions, we view the Territory Manager role as a career position for a leader that wants to contribute to the growth and success of a well-respected player in the packaging industry.
