Active Directory Support EngineerBaltimore, MD (Hybrid - 3 days On-Site, 2 Days Remote)12-Month Contract, Potential for Full-Time Conversion$55-$60hr. Depending on ExperienceWe are seeking an experienced Active Directory professional to join the TechOps Platform Services team at one of our largest Fortune 100 Energy Clients. The TechOps team is executing on Project Fission - of our client's Generation company from the utilities and business services company. The main goal behind Project Fission is to exit the Transition Services Agreement (TSA) between both companies. To exit the TSA as soon as possible, Active Directory support is needed to migrate 17,000 users to a new domain and then to migrate all applications.This opportunity allows for significant technical growth & exposure and project experience in multiple environments. If you are a is highly motivated, detail-oriented Active Directory professional and meet the qualifications below, please consider applying!Basic Qualifications:5+ years' experience working with active directory, desktop support or similar environment.End-user migration experience.Experience with incident and support requests.Experience providing local and remote support to client in multiple locations.Experience working with Active Directory, Azure, Office 365.Ability to apply critical thinking and strategic concepts to solve business problemsStrong troubleshooting and problem-solving skillsExceptional verbal, written, organizational, and interpersonal skills are essentialBasic knowledge of TCPIP networks.
