Job Description:

General Summary: The Repair Management Coordinator is part of the Customer Service organization's Inventory Management team, which supports the HondaJet world-wide customer base, the HondaJet global service network, and the HACI Service Center operations. This person will be responsible for leading the team managing the repair inventory strategy, driving the returned goods process, and executing full recovery of warranty expenses with each supplier. Duties and Responsibilities:the rotable inventory strategy to optimum inventory levels in order to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction is maintained. Collect and analyze historical component usage data, data of upcoming maintenance inspections or removal periods, fleet size and growth, aircraft usage, component reliability, and other data points to determine the appropriate quantities of rotable inventory.the repair component business. Execute purchase orders and return to vendor transactions in a timely manner. Debit supplier for all applicable expenses per agreements.efficiency through measuring and monitoring supplier performance to existing agreements, such as inventory cost, turnaround time, component reliability, and warranty reimbursement.identify and propose actions to manage inventory performance . Engage and collaborate with Technical Support, Supply Chain Management, or Quality teams to drive countermeasures for any underperforming material or supplier challenges.the repair component business. Investigate opportunities that expand our product offering.the returned goods process with the various groups involved.
