FIGUR8 is looking for a HR Coordinator who is skilled in providing operational and administrative support to our team. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter with experience in coordinating and executing all day-to-day back-office HR operations and administrative responsibilities seamlessly, with strong attention to detail. Through our innovative bioMotion Assessment Platform (bMAP), FIGUR8 empowers individuals to monitor and optimize their injury recovery, physical performance and overall health, while enabling providers, patients, and payers to access valuable data for advanced insights, better recovery, and more personalized care.Location: Boston, MA (Near the Boston Common)Responsibilities:Oversee all aspects of HR operations including benefits, payroll, time off, onboarding and offboarding employees and contractors, expense management, working with immigration attorneys, IT team on access control, etc.Support recruiting and manage hiring pipeline logistics in coordination with internal stakeholders and external firms on recruiting projects Maintain and audit physical and digital system of records to meet state, federal, and HITRUST compliance requirements Assist in development, refinement, and execution of HR operations workflows and procedures including maintenance of back-office systems.Work with accounting and finance team on month-end reconciling Manage day-to-day operations of the office such as keeping track of service ordersdeliveries, purchasing office supplies, ordering laptops and business cards, and managing facility with landlordProvide ad-hoc support & perform projects as needed in support of back office operationsQualifications:2-3 years of HR experienceStrong ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environmentExceptional organizational skills with ability to set priorities while being flexible and able to pivot when neededEffective problem-solving and reasoning abilityExcellent communication skills (written and verbal)Attention to detail and accuracyReliability and discretion, safekeeping of confidential mattersDeep computer proficiency with adaptability to various software tools and systems (i.e., G-Suite, Microsoft Office, HRIS system, etc.)Benefits:401(k)Medical, Dental, Vision InsurancePaid Time OffCoffee and snack bar
