The company is committed to creating usable green spaces, protecting valuable natural systems, and fostering employee education and growth.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a Project Estimator at Ecological Restoration & Management in Cockeysville, MD. As a Project Estimator, you will be responsible for day-to-day tasks related to cost management, construction estimating, project estimation, budgeting, and communication. You will work closely with the project team to ensure accurate and timely estimates, assist in cost analysis, and provide support throughout the project lifecycle. This role requires strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.QualificationsCost Management, Construction Estimating, and Project Estimation skillsBudgeting and financial analysis experienceStrong written and verbal communication skillsAbility to interpret and analyze construction plans and specificationsAttention to detail and strong organizational skillsProficiency in estimating software and Microsoft ExcelKnowledge of environmental restoration and landscaping industry practices
