The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a problem-solving attitude, and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction. As a Customer Care Concierge, there are two elements to the role. You will be responsible for greeting clients on arrival, providing a 5* experience in salon, additionally you will be addressing customer inquiries via multiple channels such as phone and email. You will assist resolving issues, and ensuring a positive interaction with our products and services.Main duties will include:Meet and greet customers on arrival with a smile.Build relationships with customers to exceed expectations and gain loyalty.Provide our customers with the best possible experience, ensuring they are always happy when leaving the salon no matter the situation, being a true "˜Townhouse Ambassador'.Engage with customers via phone, email, chat, or social media platforms, offering prompt and professional assistance.Address customer inquiries, provide productservice information, and resolve complaints efficiently, escalating issues when necessary.Ensure Townhouse standards are kept to the highest level and delivered with consistency.Create a positive and highly motivated working environment that promotes and develops teamwork.Required Skills:Experience in customer service is a must, and within the luxury industry is a bonus e.g. hospitality, beauty, airlinesExperience within a customer-facing contact centre environment is idealExcellent written and verbal communication skillsFlexibility and readiness to adapt to changing prioritiesMust be used to dealing with VIP customersExceptional level of emotional intelligence to understand and listen to our client's needsAbility to remain calm under pressureStrong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.A positive attitude and willingness to go above and beyond to meet customer needs.Can adopt the mindset of "˜the customer is always right'.Proficient in using Microsoft Office, CRM systems and booking systems.Full time: 38 hours per weekYou will typically work a rotating weekly shift pattern, which will include working weekends on a rotational basis.
