Client Relationship Manager PositionBeverly Hills Private Wealth is an SEC registered investment advisory firm located in Beverly Hills, CA. We are a recent wire house breakaway and thrilled to be building our team in our own completely independent business. Though our company is new, our team is not! Some members of our team have worked together for 25 + years. Our team consists of three advisorspartners, a financial planning associate, three client relationship managers, and an office operations associate. We have completed our transition from a large broker-dealer and are continuing to grow rapidly. Our clients are ultra-high net worth individuals, families, and business owners who rely on our knowledge and white-glove service to support their daily needs. We are fast-paced and hardworking but share keen senses of humor and genuinely enjoy each other's company in and out of the office. We plan multiple team outings each year to show our appreciation and encourage worklife balance.We are looking for a highly motivated professional who shares our entrepreneurial spirit to join our team as a Client Relationship Manager (CRM). You will work closely with three other CRMs and a Chief of Staff, to efficiently help our clients to manage important elements of their portfolios and daily needs. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:·        Account opening and new client onboarding.·        Daily client account maintenance.·        Promptly responding to client requests for funds, data, etc.·        Execute journal entries, check requests, ACH transfers, and wires.·        Assist clients with 529 contributions and distributions.·        Process charitable donations.·        Answer phones and monitor faxes.·        Participate in ad-hoc firm projects like client events, firm committee initiatives, etc.·        Help to recruit and train others as our firm continues to grow.Qualifications·        Bachelor's degree, preferably with a business or finance emphasis.·        Minimum of 1 year working at an RIA or broker-dealer, ideally in a support or operational role·        Familiarity with Salesforce Salentica, SMArtX, and Black Diamond software is a plus.·        Extreme attention to detail.·        Excellent written and verbal skills.·        As this role is client facing, you should be a "people person" who enjoys forming deep and meaningful relationships with our clients.·        Ability to think outside of the box and work in a fast-paced environment.·        You must be a true team player and be able to jump onto a project as needed.·        A good sense of humor and an entrepreneurial spirit.RIA experience preferred.What we offer:·        401k plan with safe harbor contributions.·        Defined benefit plan (upon meeting eligibility requirements).·        Health, dental, vision, AD&D, and life insurance.·        PTO and sick days, plus 9 federal holidays off.·        Employee rate for financial planning and a discounted rate for your family members.·        Financial assistance in pursuit of a designation that compliments your role and increases your effectiveness and knowledge.·        We buy breakfast every Tuesday and lunch every Wednesday.·        Work from home 1 dayweek, after your training is completed.·        Compensation for this role is $75k- $95k including performance and incentive bonuses, based on experience.This is a junior role.Beverly Hills Private Wealth LLC is an equal opportunity employer.
