American Precision is currently seeking a highly skilled Subassembly Planner to join our planning team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in aircraft and spacecraft subassembly planning, exceptional attention to detail, proficiency in interpreting engineering drawings and specifications, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.Responsibilities:Collaborate with existing planners to develop comprehensive subassembly plans for aircraft and spacecraft terpret engineering drawings, specifications, and other technical documents to accurately plan subassembly processes.Coordinate with various departments to ensure timely completion of subassembly tasks.Prioritize departmental responsibilities based on project deadlines and company objectives.Uphold company policies and procedures to maintain quality standards and regulatory municate effectively with team members. Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to the development of best practices.Requirements: Proficiency in interpreting engineering drawings, specifications, and technical documents.Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment.Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities effectively.Dependable and able to meet deadlines consistently.Familiarity with industry regulations and quality standards.Proficient with Microsoft Office programs (specifically: Word, Excel, and Powerpoint) This is a full-time on site position at our office in Huntington Beach, CA. Pay Scale: $25-$35 an hour depending on experience.
