Job Description:

A well-known and established Texas based luxury rug studio is looking for a highly motivated and experienced Sales Executive to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales, as well as a strong understanding of the luxury market. They will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with clients in a specified from Austin, Texas and executing client visits in that territory every couple of weeks. The successful candidate will also be able to work effectively with all team members, customer service, management, and clients to provide a luxurious and sophisticated shopping experience. This position includes a base + bonus structure and OTE is $120k.RESPONSIBILITIES:Develop and maintain relationships with clientsManage a territoryDevelop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growthIdentify and cultivate new business opportunities in the high-end residential marketBuild and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring exceptional customer service and satisfactionSource and generate leads independently, demonstrating a proactive approach to salesEnsure the client with the design team to create customized rugs, wall coverings, and art made from premium hidesQUALIFICATIONS:Ability to travelProven track record of success in salesStrong understanding of the luxury marketExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamStrong organizational and time management skillsThis role is best suited for someone who loves working on a creative team that is growth oriented!
