If you love to creatively solve problems and seek new ways to approach challenges, we want to meet you. Role OverviewRebees Management Company is seeking a Marketing and Events Coordinator for Sugar Land Town Square to manage the project's advertising, content strategy, brand standards, and partner with the events team to provide event planning support. Roles + ResponsibilitiesMarketing Responsibilities Build and maintain relationships with retail tenants to support their marketing and event initiativesMaintain editorial calendar and manage content for social mediaBuild weekly email newsletter to promote SLTS events Create strategies and programs to grow social media following and increase email newsletter subscribersPartner with digital marketing agency to provide branded assets for advertising campaignsManage, maintain, and update onsite signage and mapsManage, maintain, and update property websiteEvents ResponsibilitiesManage ongoing community event programming; ensure community event programming evolves and stays fresh over timeCurate themed photo opps for holidays and special events that drive brand awareness and engagementAssist with event sponsorship fulfillment Hire and manage contract event personnel as neededManage budgets and expenses for each event Seek opportunities to reduce costs and improve efficiency without impacting the event experienceMonitor the fulfillment of contractual terms on all event agreements including payment schedules, insurance requirements, security procedures, etc. Apply for all permits related to hosting special events including food, alcohol, tent, stage, and signage Coordinate with event designers to ensure event layout meets safety and security protocolsCoordinate with security personnel to ensure that adequate security measures are in place during the event Coordinate additional logistical items such as parking, traffic control, janitorial, etcOversee event setup and breakdown to ensure that the property is well maintained and returned to its original condition after each eventMonitor and maintain brand standards for eventsOther duties as assignedSkills + Qualifications Needed To Succeed3+ years as a Marketing and Events CoordinatorBachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or businessWorks well under pressure and able to proactively solve problemsOrganized and proficient at time managementExcellent verbal and written communication skillsCustomer service-oriented, tenacious, resourceful, and creativeCollaborative team player who thrives in an unstructured, entrepreneurial, and non-hierarchical environmentBenefits Offered20 days paid vacation12 additional paid company holidays10 days paid sick leave100% of base medical, dental, and vision plans for employee paid by RMC100% of short-term disability plan for employee paid by RMC100% of telemedicine plan for employee and family paid by RMC401K match up to first 4% (and contributions are immediately 100% vested)Voluntary LifeAD&D policy & RMC-paid $50K LifeAD&D policyVoluntary long-term disability, accident, and critical illness insurance policiesVoluntary flexible spending account (FSA) or health savings account (HSA)Competitive maternity leave package
