If you share our passion and commitment, please apply today!Position Overview:We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Order Fulfillment Manager to oversee all aspects of order processing and fulfillment operations. The Order Fulfillment Manager will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely delivery of customer orders, optimizing inventory management processes, and maintaining high standards of customer service. This position will require strong leadership, organization, and communication skills, as well as the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Responsibilities:Manage the end-to-end order fulfillment process, from order receipt to shipment, to ensure on-time delivery and customer satisfaction.Supervise a team of order fulfillment specialists, including hiring, training, coaching, and performance management.Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for order processing, inventory management, and shippingreceiving activities.Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with production and procurement teams to ensure adequate stock levels to fulfill customer orders.Oversee the accuracy of order entry, including pricing, product specifications, and shipping instructions.Collaborate with Sales, Customer Service, and Logistics teams to resolve order discrepancies, shipping delays, and other customer issues.Analyze order data and performance metrics to identify trends, bottlenecks, and opportunities for process improvements.Implement and utilize order management systems and software tools to streamline order processing and enhance efficiency.Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies related to order fulfillment, shipping, and inventory control.Develop and maintain relationships with key customers and suppliers to facilitate order management and logistics activities.Prepare and present regular reports on order fulfillment performance, including order accuracy, fulfillment rates, and shipping metrics.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.8+ years of experience in order fulfillment, logistics, or operations management, preferably in a manufacturing environment.Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.Strong understanding of order management processes, inventory control principles, and logistics operations.Experience with order management systems (OMS), enterprise resource planning (ERP) software, and warehouse management systems (WMS).Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact effectively with internal and external stakeholders.Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment and adapt to changing priorities.Knowledge of military or law enforcement industries and products is a plus.Background in Lean Manufacturing environments strongly preferred.Distribution warehouse experience is preferred.Fluent in English is required.
