We are looking for an EXPERIENCED CNC MACHINIST. We are needing someone who is confident setting up and operating 3 & 4 axis CNC Vertical Machining Centers and Lathes. They must be able to use basic measurement and inspection tools and be able to be responsible for the quality of their parts. Experience with Fanuc controls is a very strong plus. The individual will need to be capable of taking prints to completed parts.Required Skills:3+ years' experience in a high precision machining environmentAbility to read and interpret detailed printsKnowledge of material properties and characteristicsProgramming CNC Vertical Mills and LathesSetup and Operation of CNC Vertical Mills and LathesStrong inspections skills with measurement toolsDemonstrates the ability to streamline processes to increase productivity and quality; ensures that production and prototype jobs are set up consistently and accurately in a timely mannerKnowledge of shop mathExperience with CAM software.Solid people skillsAbility to lift 50 lbs.Hours of work are 7am - 6pm, Monday through Thursday.
