Regional Sales Manager (Auto Parts Industry)Direct HireTravel: 50% (Iowa, Illinois, Indiana, Mississippi, Alabama, Tennessee, Kansas, Missouri}We are actively seeking a dynamic Regional Sales Manager to join our team. In this role, you will lead a team of Territory Sales Managers, driving sales growth in the Central region. The position requires strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in sales management.Responsibilities:Lead and manage a team of Territory Sales Managers.Recruit, retain, develop, and mentor Territory Sales Managers.Conduct quarterly visits with each Territory Sales Manager to assess performance and provide support.Take the lead in expanding and maintaining relationships with regional troduce new products to the team, offering necessary support and metrics for effective selling.Meet and exceed sales objectives within the assigned region.Track and meet key performance indicators (KPIs) for the sales team, including CRM activity, sales call logs, visit frequency, and financial metrics.Collaborate with internal stakeholders to drive regional and company-wide initiatives.Qualifications:Minimum of 1 year of current sales experience in the Automotive Parts industry.At least 3 years of proven experience in Sales Management, overseeing a team of at least 6 salespeople.Minimum of 1 year of experience in training sales teams.Strong leadership and team management skills, demonstrated by successful development of sales teams.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fostering strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.Proficiency in CRM systems and sales performance tracking fortable working in a Sales-Driven and Fast-Paced environment.Willingness and ability to travel 50% of the time within the Central region.If you are a results-driven individual with a passion for sales management in the Auto Parts industry, we invite you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
