Job Description:

We are a very fast-growing personal injury law firm based in Beverly Hills, California, dedicated to providing exceptional legal services to our clients. We are just starting to grow our litigation department, focusing only on high-value multi-six and seven-figure cases. You will be getting in on the ground floor and be the only paralegal reporting directly to the managing attorney.The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, possesses strong communication skills, and has a passion for providing outstanding legal services to our clients with 2-5 years of personal injury experience and bilingual (Spanish). You must have a strong desire to grow and work in a fast paced environment.Responsibilities:Assist with discovery processes, including responding to discovery requests.Review legal documents and conduct legal research as required.Prepare and draft legal documents, such as subpoenas, complaints, summons, etc.Assist in assembling trial binders, exhibits, and appendices for court filings, depositions, and mediations.Maintain an organized calendar for court hearings and deadlines.Draft, revise, and finalize letters, briefs, memos and motions.Collaborate with supervising attorney and provide general administrative support.Requirements:2+ years of experience in litigation, preferably in personal injury law.Knowledge of Federal and State filing and service procedures, as well as court guidelines.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Strong attention to detail and time management abilities.Bilingual in Spanish is required.Benefits:Competitive compensation package with unlimited earning potential.Performance bonuses based on proficiency.401(k) retirement plan.Paid holidays.Health InsuranceOpportunities for advancement within the firm.Other benefits negotiable upon request.Schedule:Full-time position.8-hour shifts, with unlimited overtime availability.Monday to Friday, with potential for overtime and weekend availability.Experience:2+ year of experience in legal drafting, legal research, discovery, court filings, or personal injury law is preferred.Language:Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is preferred.At our law firm, we value diversity and are proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
