Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a Commercial Lines Customer Service Rep (CSR) at Gietl & Strutz Insurance Inc. located in Tucson, AZ. The Commercial Lines CSR will be responsible for assisting clients with insurance policies and claims, answering inquiries, resolving problems, and making recommendations to management to improve customer satisfaction. The Commercial Lines CSR will also interact with underwriters and carriers to place insurance policies and ensure accurate documentation of all policies. Must be willing to work without being micromanaged. QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalentLicensed insurance agent for Property and CasualtyMinimum of 2 year's experience in commercial lines insurance Excellent verbal and written communication skillsStrong interpersonal skills and ability to build and maintain positive relationships with clients and team members.Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically.Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.Knowledge of insurance regulations, policies, and proceduresProficient computer skills and experience with MS Office and insurance agency management systemsSelf-motivated and able to work independently or as part of a team.
