Job Description:

SWBC is seeking a talented individual to administer the SWBC PEO 401(k) program for client companies and shared employees by working with assigned corporate clients to coordinate services being provided by a third-party administrator.Essential duties include the following:Advises clients andor employees on policies and procedures for the third-party 401(k) program, the benefits of maintaining a 401(k) plan, plan options and designs, and other financial services to include meeting with clientsemployees to process open enrollments and to ensure plan compliance with Federal and state laws and reporting requirements.Provides enrollment support for all clients who adopt the company 401(k).Processes and enters all necessary adjustments on the carrier sitesHRP. Assists with all needed HPR updates upon client renewals.Maintains program deductions to include submitting deductions to the third-party administrator, reconciling deductions to transfers and transfers to payments.Processes monthly client account reconciliations.
