We also handle serious injury cases such as Back Pain & Injury, Neck Pain & Injury, Spinal Cord & Injury, Broken Bones Injuries, TBIHead Pain & Injury, Wrongful Death, and Loss of Limbs.Position Overview:As an integral member of our Civil Litigation practice, you will handle a broad spectrum of cases, from inception to resolution, you will be responsible for conducting legal research, drafting pleadings and motions, managing discovery, and representing clients in court. This role offers an excellent platform for professional growth.**The ideal candidate will have 3-8 years of experience in Litigation in Plaintiff's Personal Injury. **POSITION REQUIREMENTSPropound and respond to discoveryPerform legal research, draft motions, complaints, pleadings, and other litigation documents as necessaryPrepare for, take and defend depositionsAssist with maintenance of heavy case load ensuring all cases move forward in a timely manner and within deadlinesProvide excellent service to all clientsPrepare for TrialsRepresented clients in personal injury accidents; auto & premises liability and insurance disputes.Make Court AppearancesPrepare for Mediations & ArbitrationsFollow up and communication with clientsNegotiated and settled disputes with insurance companiesQUALIFICATIONS FOR POSITION:In good standing with CA bar. (We will perform a check with the state bar prior to employment)Must be proactive and understand how to aggressively litigate throughout the lifeline of a case.Must be ready and hungry for trial work.Must be a team player and have self-initiative3-8 years of PI litigation.Must be able to work under strict deadlines and multitask in a fast paced environment.Candidates must have excellent research skill and oral and written communication skills.'Salary:Depending on petitive compensation packages.Work Remotely NoJob Type: Full-timeSchedule: 8 hour shift; Monday to FridayExperience: Plaintiff Personal Injury: 1 year (Preferred)Work Location: In person
