Director of Sales Location: Ball Ground, GASalary: $95,000-$105,000 + performance bonus Schedule: Flexible Hybrid Schedule once acclimated to role We're on the lookout for an accomplished and strategic Director of Sales to join our clients dynamic team. If you thrive in a challenging, fast-paced commercial environment and have a proven track record of driving sales growth, we want to hear from you!What you get to do:Develop and implement sales strategies to expand our market presence.Coach, lead, and manage a high-performing sales team, ensuring productivity and growth.Monitor and analyze research for new product development.Maintain strong customer relationships through regular interactions and communication.Address and resolve sales performance and productivity issues.Hire, motivate, and train sales team members for optimal performance and retention.Collaborate with Warehouse and Operations Management to optimize inventory.Assume responsibility for all sales procedures and performance standards.What you need to succeed:3-5 years of relevant sales experience in a fast-paced commercial environment.Minimum of 2 years in a people management role.Extensive Knowledge background in Power tools.
