Specifically, we are currently looking for a Job Captains to join our Davis office and support our Healthcare clients.. Primary Responsibilities:Administer the Revit model, which includes picking up redlines andor producing redlines for more junior staffEvaluate, select, and apply standard architectural techniques with limited direction from supervisorAssist in developing fee proposals and project billingPerform minor code analysis; help build a specification book Conduct fieldsite surveys, update logs and support Construction AdministrationContribute to project closeoutCoordinate with external and internal team members, including AHJ, consultants, and contractorsCorrespond with clients and attend meetings with stakeholders Qualifications:Experience in Healthcare projects preferred but not requiredProficiency with Revit required5+ years' experience ideally including seeing projects from SD through CABachelor's degree in architecture or equivalent education.Thorough knowledge of architectural drafting, detailing, building materials and construction codes.Capable of managing multiple projects and external parties simultaneously.Familiarity with various software programs (Sketchup, Creative Cloud, PowerPoint and Microsoft Project).Strong problem-solving skills.
