Job Description:

Contract Administrative Assistant and Faculty Support3-4 Months+ On Site - Cambridge MA · Perform general office duties including scheduling, scanning, filing, ordering office supplies, placing catering orders, and reserving space for meetings and events.· Support faculty by scheduling courses, posting course materials, announcements, and student assignmentsoffice hours via Canvas· Arrange course packets and obtain copyright for course materials, · Coordinate AV, catering, and other set-up needs for classes and conferences.· Support online learning with remote learning tools such as Zoom and video editing software.· Respond to internal and external requests for information and manage faculty calendars. · Use platforms to process payments, invoices, reimbursements, and corporate card statements.· Assist with coordinating conferences and lectures, including arranging media, catering, guest outreach, materials, accommodation, and travel. Suggested Experience· 1 year of experience in similar support roles· BSAS from accredited university · Higher Education experience suggested including systems knowledge
