Essentra is seeking a self-motivated and driven Industrial Sales Representative to join our team Innovative Sales Team. As the Sales Representative for the East Region, you will have an opportunity to build your own book of business by calling on and consulting a wide range of clients from equipment manufacturers, automotive, industrial electronics, fabrication, medical devices, renewable energy, production machinery, construction and agriculture in order to help your clients solve their challenges.Essentra is a global market leader in plastic injection molded, vinyl dip molded and metal components for our partners in the equipment manufacturing, automotive, industrial electronics, fabrication, medical devices, renewable energy, production machinery, construction and agriculture industries.As an Industrial Sales Representative for Essentra you will: Build your pipeline through consistent prospecting and cold-calling of prospective clientsDevelop and grow relationships with key client stakeholders in order to continue to win additional business.Present proposals, technical support, samples, quotes and complaints.Responsible for ensuring you are meeting sales targets and maximizing profitabilityProvide the proper level of communication to Essentra Management through monthly reporting, including weekly updates and quarterly sales forecastsConduct proper sales analysis to determine strengths and weaknesses within your book of businessQuote both custom parts, tooling and parts within acceptable profit margins.Evaluate incoming opportunity and quote for feasibility.Field commercial and technical questions posed by Rep Groups, customers and internal support functions within the Company.Participate in weekly meetings as well as cross functional management meetings.What you can expect:Competitive compensation and bonus incentivesMedical, Dental, Vision Insurance401K + match!Vacation Days and 10 Company Holidays!
