Compensation: $80,000 - $100,000 commensurate with experience.Health benefits (dental and vision available)401kTwo weeks paid vacationJob Summary: Under direct supervision of the Clinical Director and the Director of Strategic Initiatives, the Program Director will assist with establishing and then managing the More Than Rehab substance use disorder program in the Houston area. This position will require some evening hours. The Program Director will perform the following responsibilities:Responsibilities Office Administration● Site specific:○ Work with Director of Strategic Initiatives to establish More Than Rehab in the Pasadena, Texas (77502, 503, 504, 506) area.■ Utilize existing or create connections with the local recovery community (AA, NA, Celebrate Recovery, etc.)■ Utilize existing or create connections with local commercial leasing agentsagencies.■ Be a problem solver.○ Coordinate with Human Resources to hire the initial clinical, operations and medical personnel.● Responsibilities include:○ Administrative tasks: Paying billsrent, liaising with property management, reimbursements, mail, printers, LabsUA procedures, telephones, internet, password and platform management, data reporting.○ All activities conducted in the Pasadena office (outside meetings, controlling access to the office space, landlord issues, leases, etc.)○ Managing office finances.○ Work with department heads to ensure local team is operating effectively.○ Assist in onboardingoffboarding procedures for new and separating employees.○ Assuming all administrative tasks that may arise. Client Care● Assist in auditing clinical and medical documentation.● Complete and maintain proper clinical records according to Federal, State of Texas, Texas Department of State Health Services, and agency guidelines.● Attend treatment team meetings once a week.● If applicable, facilitate group counseling sessions with clients as assigned by Clinical DirectorDirector of Strategic Initiatives.● Communicate any client related issues to clinical team.Professional Conduct● Maintain high standards of professional and ethical conduct.● Adhere to agency policy and procedures. COMPETENCIES● If applicable, proficient at updating all licensing and certification documentation in a timely manner.● Excellent written and verbal communication skills.● Excellent interpersonal skills.● Motivated self-starter.● Working knowledge of electronic medical record software (KIPU), MS Word, Excel and Powerpoint.● Understands and works well within a team environment.● Ability to work in the field of substance use disorders with co-occurring conditions.QUALIFICATIONS● College degree preferred but not required.● At least five years in healthcare or the substance use disorder field.● At least two years of management experience.● Have the desire and the necessary skills to build and maintain a functioning business unit.● NOTE: Primary source documentation (degrees, licensing, certifications, etc.) must accompany all applications.
