Job Description:

The Research Administrator is responsible for working cross-functionally with (1) í–ssur's Market Access department, (2) external researchers engaged by í–ssur, and (3) prosthetic facilities who provide patient care to individuals with limb lossdifference. The Research Administrator supports research projects by conducting literature searches, obtaining informed consent from research participants, performing selected test administration, managing data, and maintaining files for project researchers. The Research Administrator will receive training on (1) a digital outcomes collection tool, (2) outcome tests administration and scoring, and (3) prosthetic carecomponents general information. The Research Administrator will also be required to undergo HIPAA and CITI training before being able to work with research participants. We are also seeking candidates in Fort Wayne, Indiana. The roles will be hybrid and will require going into the prosthetic clinic to perform some of the the research and testing.Responsibilities:Obtain informed consent from all research participantsSchedule interviews and appointments with research participantsOversee survey and clinical test administrationIdentifyobtain missing dataMaintain quality standards to preserve the integrity of dataWrite reports to summarize data collection and the implications of the resultsInput and maintain data entered into digital outcomes applicationCommunicate withproduce reports for different stakeholders in the patient care continuumAttend regular calls with Data Analytics TeamAttend national meetings as requiredQualifications:Bachelor or Physical Therapy Assistant degreeExcellent administrative skillsKnowledge of research methodsAbility to work under pressureAbility to work independentlyExcellent time management skillsStrong peoplesoft skillsThe US base hourly range for this part-time position is $23.00 - $27.00hr .
